| Grayhawk Capital has a strong interest in renewable energy solutions with a particular focus on solar energy. Brian Burns spent several years assisting Arizona Public Service, Arizona’s largest utility, in evaluating and working with early stage solar and renewable energy companies before joining Grayhawk. Grayhawk Solar Partners co-founded two renewable energy companies to date: one company features an innovative technology using air storage, solar energy, and turbines for utility-scale applications; and the second is in the early stages of solar plant development utilizing turbine, innovative storage, and other technologies. Grayhawk
led the formation, strategy and business plan
development, modeling, and negotiations to help secure
$30 million in capital commitments prior to selling its
ownership to a strategic investor. We are actively
expanding our support of operations-oriented
entrepreneurs with a vision towards creating rewarding
returns from renewable energy solutions.
